If
due to unforeseeable circumstances you may wish to return
any merchandise, please include your invoice number and reason
for the return. We will then notify you that a return merchandise
label is being sent to you.
When
you receive the label, you may send the item back to us in
its original packaging, and we will be pleased to replace
it. In the rare occurrence that we are unable to replace the
article, we will credit your account.
Please
remember that all items are individual works of art, henceforth
there will naturally be a slight variance in the replacement
item.
Please
note that within 30 days of receiving an item and if you decide
you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it to us in
its original condition, then we will credit your account for
the price of the item.
There will also be instructions on returning items accompanying
the
forms for returns, indicating to you how to complete it. It
is advised to
enclose the return form with the package and show a return
address, so as to
enable us to send you the replacement item.
Packages
must be returned prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Zizini
Arts& Crafts will not be responsible for reimbursing
shipping costs,
if you are exchanging or returning an item (except damaged
or incorrect
fulfillment order).
All
credit card refunds will be applied to the card used for the
original purchase. Please allow one or two billing cycles
(about a month) for the credit to appear in your statement.
We
regret that we are currently unable to accept returns from
our international customers, therefore extreme care and double
checking is taken before shipment overseas to eliminate any
possibilities of that predicament, It should be noted that
the same is observed even for our local customers.
All items will be shipped wrapped in the Zizini Arts &
Crafts signature
packaging. We may add a special gift wrap for an additional
charge of $4.68. Please feel
free to make your selection at the checkout process.
